Second chances can be marvelous! Why not? Ten years is plenty of time for personal growth on both sides of this relationship. Life is full of twists and turns, otherwise it might be a bit boring.

Give her the opportunity to explain what was going on for her ten years ago. If you can accept her story then put it all behind you and embrace your new beginning. Rebuild the foundation of your relationship on a new level.

There is a reason she is back in your life and let's hope it works out great for you.

If you start seeing signs of doubt on either side then "hang it up for good". This time around should be full out positive. No repeat of the PAST is allowed. It's a new year and it's going to be awesome! Settle for nothing less in this "second chance".
